Emergency preparedness

SHA supports Emergency Preparedness through support of our resident-led SHARP program.

SHARP (SHA Residents Preparing) is made up of a group of  SHA resident leaders working with regional emergency preparedness agencies, such as the Seattle Fire Department, Seattle/King County Red Cross, and the Seattle Office of Emergency Management, as well as Seattle Housing Authority to organize and support activities for SHA residents  to be prepared for emergencies and  disasters.

If you’d like to learn more about SHARP and/or get involved, contact:  Ellen Ziontz, ellen.ziontz@seattlehousing.org 206.239.1625 or Andy Chan, andy.chan@seattlehousing.org 206.239.1530.
